Card: 2-2,5x. For example, name card or thank you card for shops or cosplayer.

For other usage, please discuss. There might be different rate for bigger scale of usage. Standard industry rate for brand/corporate.

Inquiry: You need to be over 18 to order (regardless of the theme). After I've confirmed my availability, inform me right away the characters and the general scenario you want. Please note that I might turn it down, whether it's because I'm uncomfortable with the theme or it's beyond my current ability. Don't take it to heart.

Special request: You can ask for small adjustment in art style like make the line thicker or the color simpler. You can also request to avoid a color from being the major palette.

Stylization by me: Colors might be shifted subtly or dramatically from your references due to lighting and artistic stylization.

Addition: There might be additional price for more difficult design, background, or other furniture.

Payment: Paypal invoice (worldwide), universal QR code (TH/MY/SG). IDR rate is only for Indonesians. 100% payment upfront, or 50% before rough sketch and 50% after. No refund unless I'm unable to finish it.

Progress: I will send progress three times at rough sketch, clean sketch/lineart, and final stages. I might send a color draft (rough coloring plan) if I'm already confident with it. Sometimes I'll need a lot of color adjustment thorough the whole rendering process, thus this stage is not guaranteed and revisions regarding color will be done at final stage.

Revisions: 2x. Additional price might apply for more.

Duration: See each types for information. I don't do rushed deadline. Sketch process might take a few days.

Result: You will get the PNG file in its original size (2000-4000 px in wide/length), uploaded via Google Drive or WeTransfer. I don't give PSD but I can send separate PNG parts (e.g. transparent character and whole background). If you don't inform me since the beginning, the background behind the character might be unfinished.

Usage: No AI/NFT. I might use the result for commission sample (with permission and additional watermark). Please don't claim the art as drawn by yourself or another person, and answer truthfully when someone asks who the artist is.

Pemesanan: Anda harus berusia di atas 18 tahun untuk memesan (apapun temanya). Saat saya sudah mengonfirmasi ketersediaan saya, silakan langsung beritahu karakter dan garis besar skenario yang Anda inginkan. Tolong diperhatikan kalau saya bisa menolak jika saya tidak nyaman dengan temanya atau merasa tidak mampu mengerjakan. Tidak usah terlalu dipikirkan.

Permintaan khusus: Anda boleh meminta perubahan kecil dalam gaya gambar seperti garis yang lebih tebal atau warna yang lebih sederhana. Anda juga boleh meminta agar warna tertentu tidak dijadikan warna utama.

Penyesuaian dari saya: Warna mungkin akan diubah sedikit atau bahkan banyak dari referensi Anda karena pencahayaan dan pilihan artistik.

Penambahan: Mungkin ada harga tambahan untuk desain yang lebih sulit, latar belakang, atau furnitur lainnya.

Pembayaran: QRIS. 100% di muka, atau 50% sebelum sketsa kasar dan 50% setelah. Tidak ada pengembalian dana kecuali saya tidak mampu menyelesaikan pesanan.

Kemajuan kerja: Umumnya saya akan mengirim kemajuan pengerjaan tiga kali, yaitu pada saat tahap sketsa kasar, sketsa rapi/lineart, dan tahap akhir. Saya mungkin akan mengirimkan rencana pewarnaan (color draft) jika saya sudah yakin. Terkadang saya butuh banyak penyesuaian warna sepanjang proses rendering sehingga tahap ini mungkin akan dilewati dan revisi warna dapat dilakukan di tahap akhir.

Revisi: 2x. Jika lebih mungkin akan ada biaya tambahan.

Waktu: Mohon lihat informasi di masing-masing tipe komisi. Tidak menerima deadline yang dipercepat. Tahap sketsa mungkin butuh beberapa hari.

Hasil: Anda akan mendapatkan file PNG dalam ukuran asli (panjang/lebar 2000-4000 px) yang diunggah melalui Google Drive atau WeTransfer. Saya tidak memberi PSD namun saya dapat mengirimkan bagian PNG terpisah (misal, karakter transparan dan latar). Jika Anda tidak memberitahu sejak awal, bagian latar di belakang karakter mungkin tidak terisi.

Penggunaan: Dilarang untuk AI/NFT. Hasil gambar mungkin akan dijadikan contoh portofolio (dengan izin dan watermark tambahan). Tolong jangan mengaku bahwa gambar tersebut digambar oleh Anda atau orang lain, dan jawablah dengan jujur ketika ada yang menanyakan siapa ilustratornya.

Harga normal.

Hanya boleh dari penggemar untuk penggemar (bukan untuk memasarkan toko, pekerjaan, atau merek) dan wajib memakai watermark Atomic Arctic di hasil cetak dan menulis credit di poster pengumuman.

Watermark hanya berupa tulisan kecil sederhana tanpa bingkai (tidak seperti yang biasa saya pakai di hasil komisi) dan Anda juga bebas menambahkan watermark nama Anda.

Setelahnya, merch tidak boleh diperjualbelikan.

Freebie akan didaftarkan di tabel berikut. Kolom terakhir berupa link pengumuman pembagian freebie (jika ada). Jika Anda mau, nama klien dapat disensor sebagian.

3x: Chibi PNGtuber, used on stream to represent you.

2x: Header, banner, cover illustration (for video), PFP, all on streaming platform.

1-1,25x: Celebratory art for event or milestone, header or PFP for non-streaming platform.

1x: Schedule background, simple social media share. It needs to be watermarked (a simple text in the corner, unlike my commission watermark) with my or both of our names. You need to credit me properly.

The rates are only for non-resell digital uses by indie vtuber, and applies when commissioning their vtuber character.

By purchasing the higher rate you also get rights to the lower ones. For example, by purchasing for Twitch banner, you can also use it as schedule background or share on social media, but you still need to credit me for those two purposes.
